I got my first paid subscriber this week, and it did three things:

  1. It made me feel like I truly have something to offer.

  2. It made me think about what I want to offer the people who choose to support this space.

  3. It made me feel a sense of belonging.

I aim for authenticity in my essays, always.

My poetry is the part of me I keep closest to my heart. I’m not sure when or how I might release them to the public. As mentioned, I’m not an expert or a guru — I am literally just a girl learning out loud.

Your support reminds me that sharing my experience has value— that value is different for each reader.

So today, it felt right to open the door a little wider for my paid supporter. Hopefully, one day, supporters.

I’m leaving an extra poem tucked here as a quiet thank‑you for those who want to read a little deeper.
